SquareTrade © AP6.0 Spend Spring Break, March 15th at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas. 2-Bedroom Deluxe Unit sleeps up to 8 or 10 with roll-aways. Check out resort at www.starwoodvacationownership.com, Unit can be split into the Studio Side that sleeps 4, and the 1-Bedroom side that also sleeps 4. It may also be possible for me to change the dates, so if you need another date, e-mail me, and I'll check for you. I can also rent at one of the other Starwood properties such as the Westin Princeville in Kauai, Westin St. John, Harborside, etc., so let me know where you might be interested in. This is the Deluxe 2-bedroom unit with the balcony along the full width of the unit for the 1-bedroom side, and a nice size balcony for the studio side. This is the corner unit, with a total square footage of 1550 square feet. This an island/partial-ocean view unit, but I can request an upgrade for you to an oceanfront unit. I was able to get an oceanfront unit last year, so there is a possibility of an upgrade. I have requested an upgrade to a high floor with a better view as well. Will Rent studio side for $1400, and the 1-Bedroom side for $2100, or both sides for $3325. When we confirm the dates and the purchase, I'll call Starwood and change the reservation into your name. At that point you will be able to call Starwood, or the resort anytime, and they will have your reservation in your name. I will also send you the confirmation e-mail from Starwood in your name. You will then only need to pay 1/2 down, and the balance will be due 90 days before check-in. If you book, and then need to cancel or change dates, I will work with you, and refund your money once I re-rent the unit. I have done this in the past and have had no trouble re-renting the unit.
