Brand New 4 bed BEACHFRONT Luxury Villa at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort in Puerto Rico FOR RENT BY VILLA OWNER We just purchased a huge new villa inside the premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort !!! To start off our rental of it we are offering a 7-night stay for up to 8 persons at the listed rate of $3,000.00 up to December 20th, 2008 and you may use any 3 of of the 4 bedrooms available. The villa has sleeping accomodations for up to 10 persons, if your need the 4th bedroom opened, let us know and for an additional fee we will provide it to you. Please e-mail me to confirm availability of your desired week. The hotel rents this villa at $6,300 for the week in early December, and at $12,000 thereafter, so our rates are highly discounted!! The rate we are offering is a last minute special, weeks after this time are available starting at $9,000 for the week. The villa is located in an exclusive refuge of privately owned villas inside the premises of the 5 star Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. The villa faces the beautiful Rio Mar beach and the famous and beachfront 16th hole of the ocean golf course The Resort has been recognized by the Connoisser's guide of the Resorts and Great Hotels as one of the world's best and the picture of the Rio Mar Beach Resort lobby was in the cover of the 15th anniversary edition of the guide. The Wyndham Grand brand is comparable to the Westin Brand and is more upscale than the Marriott and Hilton brand. This luxury villa has 2,500 square feet. It is tastefully furnished, fully equipped and it offers all the comforts of a regular home. Plus, at its doorstep you will be able to enjoy the activities the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort has to offer. You might not be able to do them all in one day, but you can do it all in one place.
