Available for rent during inauguration week (Sunday, Jan. 18th to Saturday, Jan. 24th). Granite kitchen with Viking appliances, luxury baths, etc. Wireless Internet, flatscreens with cable.Will be professionally cleaned and fridge stocked (send your list in advance) before your arrival. Convenient to everything in DC and Northern Virginia. Easy walking distance to the safe Metro system which will take you into downtown DC in 20 minutes or less (that's a real time). 2 blocks from the Mt. Vernon trail, so you can bike to DC or Old Town. 2 stoplights from DC. Distance from the rowhouse to the Whitehouse is exactly 6.42 miles. 1.9 miles to Reagan National Airport. Cab fare to / from the airport is $15 (including tip). Approx. 10 blocks from King Street and the heart of Old Town. Easy, on-street parking available.$20K or best offer for the time period described above. Payment in advance (Paypal, wire, or cashier's check immediately following contract signature) and $5,000 security deposit required (will be immediately returned if the rowhouse isn't damaged / nothing taken).
